Discover the perfect getaway in this newly constructed cabin perched on a hill above Panguitch Lake, offering breathtaking lake views, spectacular sunsets, and incredible stargazing. The cabin boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, covering 1555 sq. ft., plus a 256 sq. ft. covered patio. With a spacious loft featuring two queen beds, the cabin comfortably sleeps eight guests in beds, accommodating up to 10 guests.

Enjoy a cozy living space with a gas fireplace and a 55” Amazon Fire TV. The cabin is equipped with all brand-new furnishings, granite countertops, a clothes washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a gas range. Every room features windows with stunning views, custom blinds, and a large living area with two-story windows framing the picturesque lake and surrounding nature.

Located just a 1/4 mile walk from the lake, indulge in fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, and canoeing. The lake is home to rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, brook trout, and brown trout. Wildlife enthusiasts will appreciate the abundance of geese, ducks, mule deer, and elk in the area. This cabin offers a serene escape with modern comforts and unforgettable scenery. The property is located 20 miles from Brian Head Ski Resort, 40 miles from Bryce Canyon National Park, 60 miles from Zion NationalPark and 140 miles from the Grand Canyon.

5 Stars!!!!! We had a fantastic father and sons fishing weekend at the mountain cabin! The host Nate was absolutely amazing-so accommodating and kind, even allowing us to reschedule due to bad weather. The cabin itself was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were breathtaking. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.
