Damage Waiver: SkyRun includes a property damage protection waiver of $59 on each reservation, this may be included under the 'Cleaning Fee' or 'Host Fee' on some OTAs. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported to SkyRun prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn't charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.

The cabin is so cute and very conveniently located to everythibg Brians Head has to offer. The hosts and the local contact where all wonderful to work with. We stayed over thanksgiving and they had a turkey roasting tin, roasting back and some delicious local jam with a sweet note waiting for us. Thanks for having us!

We had two families staying at the house and enjoyed our week together! The layout is different so as long as you are creative with sleeping spaces, there is plenty of room. The house is close to Brianhead resort and made getting there and home each day easy. Kids enjoyed the space and foosball table when taking breaks from the snow. Response time and help with any issues was quick. Thank you!

Short stay in Brian Head

Easy check in but lots of steps to carry luggage up and down. Beautiful views and right off popular ATV trail. Convenient for riding in the summer.

Great space with a ton of room to spread out. Driveway is a bit tricky to get in when it is slick but manageable. Biggest concern is no TV in main room. If you have a big group and want to watch the game while cooking etc you cannot do it. Location to skiing is great as well.
