About this property

2 bedroom amazing apartment in Vizinada

The tastefully furnished holiday apartments are located in a new residential building in Viinada. CIC282 extends over two floors and has its own garden area with a refreshing pool. The minimum ceiling height on the top floor is approx. 160 cm. CIC535 is on the ground floor, is separate and also has its own garden. The surrounding area is quiet and suitable for walks and excursions in the countryside. We recommend visiting the medieval towns of Motovun and Gronjan and if you want to swim in the sea, you can reach the beaches of Pore in about 15 minutes by car.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to three pets are allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alles in ausreichendee Menge vorhanden nur ein paar kleine Küchenmesser fehlen.Bad war top nur ein kleiner Hinweis oder Tipp. Die Toilette oben könnte erneuert werden. Matratzen sollten demnächst auch mal ausgetauscht werden und was ganz wichtiges fehlte unserer Meinung nach und zwar Fliegengitter an den Fenster. Die Moskitos waren eine Plage. Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln. Es waren nur hier und da Spinnweben an Fensterecken zu sehen. Noch eine Kleinigkeit könnte verbessert werden. Im Wohnzimmer fehlen Jalousien oder Gardinen gegen die Hitze und Sonneneinstrahlung

Wir hatten aufgrund einer Panne eine sehr späte Ankunft und wurden trotzdem herzlich empfangen & auch wenn wir sonst irgendetwas benötigt haben, waren sie sofort zur Stelle. Im Ort 2 kleine Läden wo man das nötigste bekommt, alles weitere war in 20-30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Geht man am Haus die Straße runter kommt man direkt auf einen schönen und vorallem schattigen Spazierweg, was für unsere Hunde natürlich super war. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich nur weiter empfehlen!
