Surrounded by million dollar homes, this property is safe quiet and approximately 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, right on the new and up and coming Arcadia Corridor. The patio is large and sunny, as you can walk straight out to the center greenbelt and large very old beautiful trees….. 2 pools, one heated and one hot tub assigned parking and guest parking.
