    Great place for a month!

    I stayed here for a month while working at Mayo and had a great experience! The place is really cute and clean, it looks exactly as pictured. It’s right by the pool and really close to old town, also really close to the 101 to get anywhere in Scottsdale. Also very pet friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

    Great amenities and central location

    I rented for two months during the winter. I worked during the day and hiked during afternoons and weekends. The condo is well appointed and fresh. The location is close to the airport, the 12 mile paved greenway trail, and downtown Scottsdale. The grounds are clean and well kept. The pool area is a bit tired and the grills don’t work but the hot tub feels great. Many people own dogs. The dog in the unit below barks a lot - I suspect whenever the owner is gone.
