Cozy suite in private setting only 7.5 miles from Pigeon Forge, 19 miles from Gatlinburg & just minutes from local dining in Sevierville, TN!

* The space: Full lower level of the cabin. Unique Studio Styled Apartment (over 750 sf) plus attached temperature controlled garage and private driveway entrance. Apartment includes full bathroom, dining area, designated living room space, designated bed space & kitchenette (equipped with microwave, mini fridge, & sink)

* Sleeping arrangements:
Space is equipped with 1 queen sized bed, easily sleeping 2. Additionally, there is full sized couch that folds open into a sofa bed to accommodate an additional person. There is plenty of space to add 2 queen sized inflatable mattresses. If extra guests are desired with this in mind there will be a $10 fee per extra guest beyond 2 guests. (You will just add the guests upon booking and it will automatically calculate in your total).

* Additional items provided:
Bed linens, towels, & toiletries. Kitchenette is equipped with coffee maker, microwave, dishes, mini fridge and basic utensils (please note- kitchenette does not have a space to cook or major appliances but there is a grill for use outdoors- grilling utensils are provided but grilling materials (charcoal) will need to be purchased by guest)

* Other things to note:
There is a dog on the premises. While he does not enter the suite, if you have severe pet allergies, you may want to reconsider booking

*Pricing:
Please note- guest service fees, occupancy fees, & host fees are collected by VRBO. The only price set by your host & collected by your host is the nightly fee & cleaning fee. All other fees are completely out of our control & due to local regulations/taxes

* Interaction:
My husband and I live in the house but are in & out. (The main floor where we stay is not accessible to guests). If you don’t catch us while we’re home, you can reach me (Carly) by phone (call or text)

* Garage parking: 1 1/2 car worth of private, temperature controlled garage space for motorcycles and/or cars

*Wi-Fi access:
Please note, due to the secluded location & heavily wooded surrounding, the Wi-Fi can be inconsistent. Wi-Fi is reliable for phone & laptop usage, but proves to be inconsistent for video/ TV steaming at times. (1 TV w/ firestick is provided w/space). Cable TV is not provided but you will have full access to any streaming apps (Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, etc) but this will require login.

* Well Water
Being that this is a secluded setting tucked in the woods, it is not on city water. The well water can have a slight odor to it so this may be noted at times and is the most prominent with usage of hot water. While the water is totally safe for consumption, you may notice the odor during your stay. If this is a problem please reconsider before booking

*Age Requirement:
Must be 21 or older to book

*As stated above, my husband and I live in the house along with our dog. We are on the main level and the Airbnb is separate (and completely private) on the lower level (similar to a lower level apartment). While we are mindful of when we have guests and do what we can to minimize noise, your are likely to hear some noise at some point during your stay. (Ex: Footfalls, our dog moving around the house, cars starting, washer or dryer running etc). While we have never received negative feedback or had a complaint filed, we do ask that you take this into consideration prior to booking.
