Bad experience

Check in was horrible. Didnt get checked in until over an hour after the original check-in time which was 4pm. Had to keep calling to get ETA. There was not enough linens / towels and wash cloths and no sheet set or extra blanket for pull out sleeper. Even after calling asking for extra, we didnt get extra towles until later the next day and still was not given sheets to sleep on. This was for my birthday and mu two kiddos and was absolutely the worst. So bad we started to leave a day early. I will not be booking any cabins through this company again. I would not recommend!

Perfect for what we wanted

We enjoyed staying in a little house, didn’t need to cook, or need a lot of space. We thought the neighborhood was okay, you’re directly across from run down RV’s but we honestly did not mind. The bed was not very comfortable and squeaked with every move, however, it sufficed for our 2 night stay. Honestly would come to stay here again. The resort left us with great guides and overall a great experience and communication.

Beautiful cabin

I loved the cabin and the experience as a whole. Waiting for 45+ minutes to get a guest service representative who sounded like they absolutely hated their job was less than ideal.
