Ponderosa Paradise is nothing short of an amazing place to be. This cabin studio located beneath the main house is gorgeous. It doesn't take long to feel right at home. Newly renovated with a full kitchen.

Take a short 1 minute walk and you're right in the heart of downtown Twain Harte where you'll find groceries, dining, coffee, shopping, mini golf, public park, tennis courts, bars and live music!

The Space:
This listing includes exclusive access to the entire lower half of the home, complete with a sepparate entrance, outdoor space, kitchen, bedroom, kitchen and dining area.

The top half of the home has an additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and includes exlusive acess of the wraparound deck as well as the sepparate game room cabin located at the back of the property.

If you have additional guests and would like to rent both units together, please let me know as we can group the reservations together and provide discounted pricing.


*Disclaimers:*

- Our home is equipped with one outdoor security camera
- There is no AC in the downstairs studio, however it stays very, very cool due to the natural insulation of the hill and being located under the main home.

Guest Access:
We have keyless entry and you will be provided with your own unique code upon reservation. We have 4 parking spaces located on the property. Please only use two parking space, as the other two are reserved for the top unit.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is at the center of the pine forest in downtown Twain Harte. You'll find yourself just looking around and asking yourself "how tall do you think these trees are?". The property is located less than a minute away to downtown and on the weekends, you'll hear live music ROCKING from downtown. We recommend walking over to Eproson house and checking it out!

Cozy and Well-Equipped Studio Cabin!

I stayed for a weekend with my dog. We enjoyed how thoughtfully-equipped the cabin is, with every little detail from bathroom amenities to kitchen tools provided. It was even decorated for Christmas! We loved the cozy fire place and also how close the cabin is to the quaint little downtown. We’ll be back!

We loved our stay. It was just the right size for the two of us and our dog, with a kitchen and beautiful bathroom. Cute Christmas decorations were a nice touch and the coffee and popcorn were appreciated. It had everything we needed to cook our own food when we wanted to. The town is super cute and right across the street, with tons of food options and a couple consignment/ thrift stores too. It has a small town feel where everyone smiles and says hello, even the teenagers walking home from the school. We will definitely recommend it to friends. The place is underneath the main house but it was not booked any of the days we were there.

Gorgeous flat

Very warm and cozy stay, the only suggestion is pray you don’t have upstairs neighbors during your stay, our last night was filled with lots of loud banging, loud music, and voices heard through the floors (our ceiling) when we were trying to sleep at 11pm. Other than that very nice, mostly quiet, walking distance to the main strip of town and very cozy stay for two people

The Studio was perfect for my husband and I. It had all the amenities we needed for our anniversary weekend. Everything was walkable and close by. The only thing is that the people upstairs were loud till 2am in the morning one evening. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. We would stay there again and maybe bring the whole family and see if we can reserve the whole place.
