Our renovated 210 m² house combines a cosy style with traditional charm. Its slate roof and warm ambiance create a soothing atmosphere. It features a 700 m² enclosed garden, a private terrace, a 5-person hot tub, a pétanque court, a fully equipped wine cellar, and a wood-burning stove (wood provided), ideal for a relaxing stay. Designed to accommodate 4 to 8 people, it is ideally located near a water sports centre (7 minutes by car), lake beach access (15 minutes on foot), ski resorts (30 minutes), hiking trails, and golf courses (35 minutes). Close to shops, allowing you to do your grocery shopping in just 5 minutes. The house includes three bathrooms (one with a bathtub and walk-in shower, one with a double vanity and walk-in shower, and one with a single vanity and walk-in shower) as well as three toilets. A master suite with a sloping ceiling and a queen-size bed (160 cm), and another attic bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a washbasin, and four double beds (140 cm), offer optimal comfort. The beds are made upon your arrival. For stays of two weeks or more, an additional cleaning service, including changing the sheets and towels, is provided during your stay. Amenities include: access to the jacuzzi throughout your stay, high-speed Wi-Fi, a 140 cm flat-screen TV with 388 channels, a stocked wine cellar (with a charge for bottles consumed), a Napoleon brand barbecue, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, garden furniture for 12 people, a pétanque court with boules, bicycles available, a hammock, and board games.
