Island Home w/ Pool, covered deck outdoor dining,15min walk to beach, desk

Welcome to Island Life! This home is an open floor plan, 3 BR 2 1/2 Bath home featuring a family room, formal living room, breakfast nook, power reclining sofa and loveseat, 2 car garage and our most favorite spot - the pool and outdoor dining area. The master bedroom has a large (and I do mean large) walk in closet, nice open master bath with a soaking tub and stand up shower and there is an entrance doorway directly to the outdoor lounging area from the bedroom. The two smaller bedrooms each have a queen size bed.

Let's talk about the kitchen and dining areas. There is a formal dining room with seating for six and just off the kitchen is a breakfast nook area that seats 4. The kitchen features a lot of little extras including a Keurig Duo (you can choose coffee pods or a standard drip coffee), air fryer, lots of coffee cups, a great spice rack, plenty of wine glasses and lots of storage containers for leftovers. The outdoor dining area has a really neat teak table that expands to seat 10 and yes, there are 10 chairs for it.

The family room and formal living room are great areas for gathering. The formal living room is really nice for conversation featuring a sofa and two swivel chairs - perfect for quiet conversation, reading or just relaxing. The family room has a sofa and loveseat both equipped with power reclining features and 65" smart TV. There is also a fireplace in the family room.

And then we come to the glorious outdoor area. A gorgeous heated pool, lots of lounging seating and a storage box with pool noodles etc. You will find yourself drawn to this area even if it is raining because the dining area is covered. It is simply a great area to gather and have a great time swimming, lounging, floating, conversing, playing or reading.

Great Accomodations

We stayed at this location for 7 weeks. It was so nice to be able to bike down to our condo on West Gulf while it was being reconstructed yet still be comfortable in a very nice rental with a pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Kevin was great with questions we had along the way.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a great time staying here for 6 weeks. The house had a nice separation of space between the master bedroom and the other two bedrooms and the common spaces provided space for different activities. The pool was lovely and private with lots of greenery around it. Thanks for the lovely home!

Beautiful house close to the golf course and beach. We loved riding our bikes to the beach each morning for a nice walk.The house has plenty of room and the furniture was very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Beachview Estates House

The house is located in a nice neighborhood, although there is about a 1.5 mile walk to the beach because of hurricane Ian. We rented bikes which worked out well for getting around. The pool was nice. Kevin, the property manager, was quick to respond to any requests we had. We enjoyed our stay in Sanibel.

A Great month at Sanibel Island

Great Property and Manager, The Island is still very rough since hurricane Ian. It will be another year or two before things are even close to normal. The plus is that you have the beaches and shelling all to yourself as there are very few beach properties that are open. Very limited dining options at this time. All and all a great value and property/

Beautiful view of Sanibel River. Owner showed up without announcing it to work on outside of home. It is for sale. While it did not affect our stay, I would have appreciated a heads up. All in all, home worked great for our needs.

Summer paradise

The house was amazing! The private beach was a short drive down the road with so many beautiful shells! Can’t say enough about the private pool which is a must in Florida. The property manager Kevin was just a text message away and ready to help(thanks Kevin) Will definitely rent again

The house is spacious and well appointed. Basic needs met

House was spacious. And friendly user. A couple of things do need attention. The windows inside and out are very dirty. Was not pleasant looking out to the well kept grounds. Also would have appreciated beach towels and chairs. Overall house was clean but does need interior painting and up grade on some carpeting. Great Location and safe neighborhood

I just can’t say enough about how amazing this property is. From reserving to staying it was flawless. The home is in a fantastic location. Just take a right out of driveway and start walking to beach. It is a short walk, bike ride, or car ride. The home is perfectly stocked with everything you need. It was Super clean and cozy. The yard was just what we needed for the dogs!! Most of the neighbors also had pets. so it's a very good pet friendly area. If you have never been to Sanibel it is a fantastic place to relax and very bicycle friendly everyone rides them and there is also 2 rental facilities on the Island. Once again the host Kevin has set up the house with everything you could need all new furnishings and Appliances. even a new BBQ!!! Also no issues with not enough sun at the pool there was no lack of it after 12pm and really didn't need sun with the warm temperature that the water was set at. would definitely think about renting at this location again in the future!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

My husband and I stayed here for about 6 weeks while we visited family and started looking for our own house on the island. This house was perfect for us for this time. My husband was able to work remotely with strong internet and having smart tv's was also a plus. My only complaint was that the pool is mostly in the shade during the day but going for a long walk or bike ride to the beach we got our sun fix. We loved the neighborhood and made several friends on the street. Lovely home and Kevin was always very helpful and available for any questions or concerns we had.
