Every bedroom boasts a luxury mattress for ultimate comfort, while the bunkroom keeps kids entertained, and the 3rd-floor rooftop deck offers cozy seating, a fire table, and starry-night views. For even more fun, the garage is stocked with exercise equipment and games such as large Jenga, Spikeball, kayaks, paddleboards, a wagon, and beach gear—ensuring every moment of your stay is unforgettable!

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
