Here is your apartment (1-2 persons, 30 square meters) with sunny balcony waiting for you! It was renovated in 2012 and refurbished! The apartment is rented furnished and has everything a self-catering needs.
Quick Overview: With the elevator comfortably in the third Floor, right at the entrance of a small storage room, the bathroom straight left hand the large living and sleeping area. The kitchen has a small wall visually beautiful separated, so that an input field is created. The over the entire width of the apartment withdrawing window / balcony front makes the room bright and friendly. From south-west balcony with a magnificent view!
Despite its central location the apartment is situated beyond the rear and thus away from the traffic noise. Directly opposite are all things of everyday use: large supermarket, bakery, bus stop, dry cleaning, etc. ... Ample parking is available! The city center (Jubiläumsplatz) walk in about 15 minutes.
