ROSE Holidays offers you this lovely apartment ideally located facing the sea, in Les Sables d'Olonne.

Apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.



Located on the 6th floor of a secure residence with a lift, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the bay and immediate access to the beach and shops.



The accommodation comprises:

A large, bright living room with a bay window overlooking the ocean, equipped with a large sofa, TV, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs.

A separate, fully equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, washing machine.

A first bedroom with a double bed (140) and storage.

A second spacious bedroom with a double bed (180) and superb views of the channel and La Chaume.

A modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, washbasin, storage unit, hairdryer.

Separate WC.

Balcony facing due south with sun loungers and armchairs.

Secure bicycle storage.

Take out the bins to the designated locations

Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation
