ROSE Holidays offers this lovely apartment ideally located facing the sea, in Les Sables d'Olonne.
Apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people.
Located on the 6th floor of a secure residence with a lift, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the bay and immediate access to the beach and shops.
The accommodation consists of:
A large, bright living room with a bay window overlooking the ocean, equipped with a large sofa, TV, coffee table, table and 6 chairs.
A separate fully equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, washing machine.
A first bedroom with a double bed (140) and storage.
A second spacious bedroom with a double bed (180) and superb view of the channel and La Chaume.
A modern bathroom with large walk-in shower, washbasin, storage unit, hairdryer.
Separate toilet.
Exterior:
South-facing balcony with sun loungers and armchairs.
Secure bicycle storage room.
