The Centrale of Île de Ré offers this recent and bright house with a beautiful terrace and SPA / jacuzzi for 4 people, located in a calm environment in Bois-Plage-en-Ré.
Close to Saint-Martin-de-Ré and cycle paths, 2km from the beaches.
Comfortable, elegantly decorated, it has a spacious living room/lounge with a fully equipped kitchen. The whole overlooks a large south-facing sunny terrace (electric awning).
Garage available for bicycles and laundry room.
Possibility of parking in front of the house.

Open kitchen with central island.
A separate toilet.
ON THE FIRST FLOOR :

Villa not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period.
