This old building, located a few dozen metres from the Place des Tilleuls in La Noue, has been completely restructured and transformed into a charming house tinged with design notes.
The work, recently completed, monopolized the attention of the agency keen on design/vintage mixes as well as a dozen local craftsmen.
From the entrance, the living room is spread over sixty square metres of waxed concrete, alternating between the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area near the fireplace and further on the lounge area, welcoming with its Scandinavian armchairs and the large walnut coffee table. All the amenities are there to satisfy your stay: washing machine, kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, combi fridge, dishwasher...
Still on the ground floor, there will be a toilet as well as multiple storage spaces.
Upstairs, the steel staircase leads to 2 bedrooms and their shared shower room then a master suite with its private bathroom with bathtub.

Outside, on the street side, a drop-off area makes it easy to unload your belongings and shopping. Parking spaces are available here and there in the village and free parking is available 600 metres from the house.
On the garden side, large windows offer access to the patio terrace and its heated swimming pool (3.2 x 2 m) (heated from June 1st to September 15th). All surrounded by high walls and therefore without any vis-à-vis.
