Pretty single storey villa with neat and warm decor, quiet near bike paths, 10 minutes from the beaches and the beach wood market (the largest market on the island), and St Martin.
House including:
- An entrance serving a first WC and a first parental bedroom with a 160 / 200cm bed with a small shower room and private WC, a large wardrobe for storing belongings.
- A second bedroom with two single beds of 90/200 with a small wardrobe.
- A third large bedroom with a 160/200 bed, and a closet.
- A pleasant stone bathroom.
- A very large living room including a fully equipped workshop-style US kitchen with a central island allowing meals to be taken out, opening onto a cozy living room with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a large flat screen TV (with box, wifi, speakers for music).
- This large room opening onto a 20 m2 veranda including a reading area with two armchairs and a large
dining table (up to 10). Possibility of opening all the bays in order to take full advantage of the swimming pool.
- Pool house at the back of the pool with a large sofa, armchairs and coffee table, a real relaxation area for coffee or tea with friends.

About the host

We fell in love with the Ile de Ré 17 years ago and it is with pleasure that we would like to share this unique place. We work in Paris and come to re-energize as soon as possible in this house which is at the same time well placed, calm and warm.
Why they chose this property
We bought this house after spending several summer and several spring breaks on the island. We chose this village which is in our opinion the most central and lively with its beaches and its market. This house has become a family house, children and parents find happiness there.
What makes this property unique
We have organized this house to make it comfortable. My husband is a good cook, so the kitchen is big and convenient. I like the calm, the swimming pool and sleep, I took care to choose a good bedding with big beds of 160 and a space relaxation with the pool house. Our children love to go out, the house is between the 2 night clubs (La Pergola at La Couarde and the Bastion at St Martin) at 10 or 15 mn by bike.
