Perfect for work assignment

I had a work assignment in the Boston area, and Sharon’s place made me feel very at home. There is an ample amount of space for one person to live at for a few months. Sharon responds quickly if you need anything. Great place!

I bought this condo for my own use while commuting from Cape Cod to my office in Boston. Now that I am retired I have been renting it out for stays between 30-180 days.

Converted carriage house built in the 1850s. 4 unit building with my condo being the only one on the ground level.
