We were flying in from overseas and only received our check-in info 4 hour prior to the check-in time. Communications with the owner, Lisa, were terrible. She claims to have not received a communication from me although I sent her a screenshot. She advised she was going to send me a screenshot of what she received but never followed through. I do hope she improves on this aspect for future guests. We decided not to stay at this property. Also it is in a residential area thus quite far from Bordeaux centre.

Bonjour, effectivement je confirme je n’ai jamais reçu votre message! Donc forcément je peut pas repondre à un message jamais reçu. De plus la maison est située en plein centre-ville de Bordeaux a seulement 10 minutes de la gare st Jean , à pied. On se qui concerne les code d’accès il sont envoyer le matin de l’arrivée pour la bonne raison qu’il y ´a des client avant vous , donc pour des raisons de sécurité le code d’accès est envoyé le matin de l’arrivé des voyageurs. Cordialement
