For 4 people or 5 as a child's bed is available. - A living room with a leather sofa, TV, and storage unit. - A dining room with a dining table. - An open-plan kitchen, new and functional, equipped with everything you need for cooking: oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and cookware. - A first bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and storage unit. - A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and storage unit. - A bathroom with a shower and double sinks. - and a toilet. - The house is equipped with air conditioning. The house is very well located, with bus stops right downstairs, the tram stop nearby, and St. Jean train station just a few minutes' walk away. Access is easy, located on a central street in Bordeaux, with tram and bus access nearby. Parking is easy; there are parking spaces all along the street.
