Stunning 180 degrees ocean views from the 2 floors. Close walk to the beach. Very comfortable beach cottage. Pch is 10 minutes walk, downtown laguna 20 minutes walk, beach 12 minutes. Comfortable 3 bedroom 3 bathrooms home with laundry room and hot tub. 2 beautiful balconies to enjoy the views from.
