This is a TRUE TINY HOUSE, just like you see on HGTV! Double bed in loft/ plus convertible sofa sleeper downstairs. Tiny House layout, so 5'11" super models or football linebackers might not be comfortable. Large deck overlooks the Brazos River Valley. Located on 38 rustic acres with river access.

Football linebackers or 6' models might not find the TINY HOUSE comfortable.
