Wonderful!

This is such a great property - amazing kitchen, although we never even cooked in it. Fantastic outdoor areas!!!! Wished we had more time to enjoy the house more, as we only "stayed in" one day. I would definitely stay here again. Great location, but still in a quiet neighborhood.

Once again, a PERFECT stay!

This was our second time staying at the property. Since the property is so wonderful, we didn’t even consider any other properties when it came time to plan this trip. Still the same great social and personal spaces, quality furnishings, and tasteful decorating. And the pool area…resort quality and complete privacy. Thanks for a great stay!

Thanksgiving Weekend

We stayed at this lovely home over Thanksgiving weekend and had the best time. Very high end, with all the amenities you would expect from a property like this one. Communication was excellent with Ann and Lars. Highly recommend Bungalow Palm for your stay in Palm Springs! We will be back!

Palm Springs Weekend

The house was very nice and clean. Great house to relax in. Pool was just the right size and temp. Could use a trash can in the backyard but otherwise great. Drawback- city laws prohibiting any type of outdoor music including low volume music. So if you like to listen to music while you relax outdoors, you may want to reconsider Palm Springs.

Bungalow Palm is a GEM!

Bungalow Palm exceeded our expectations and it is even more beautiful than the photos! Ann has thoughtfully stocked the home with every need and we so appreciated the lovely decor and super comfy beds and bedding. My sister and I spent 4 nights with my daughter visiting from NYC and it was the ideal location. Lars was a dream to work with and even brought us his homemade banana bread with chocolate chips -- we love you, Lars! We enjoyed all of the outdoor living space with so many activity options for us. We can't wait to return for another trip back to Bungalow Palm soon!

Simply Excellent

The owner, the property manager and this home welcomed us with honesty, simplicity and ease. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Palm Springs. The colors used the home are at once vibrant and soothing. On my first morning, I did my exercises in the backyard and the views of hills and the sounds of flowing water of the spa were calming. The home was incredibly, clean, the beds were superbly comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with the best and most easy to use appliances. The four of us made fresh juice everyday. I can only say good things about our stay in this home. We are all looking forward to coming back.

Excellent all around

The house is newly renovated and in great shape with all the modern conveniences. There was plenty for kids and adults to do with a great pool, volleyball, indoor games and an Xbox. The outdoor spaces were particularly well done with comfortable seating for daytime and night.

The PERFECT stay...

"Outstanding" is not good enough to describe this property. Yes, it is as beautiful and stylish as the pictures show, it is sparkling clean (everything is new), and in a fantastic location. Walking in the front door will put a smile on your face, and your grin will get larger with each space you explore. There was clearly a lot of thought that went into the details and amenities: super comfortable bedding with charging stations at each bedside, plenty of closet space and storage (so many hangers!), FULLY equipped kitchen, laundry, quality bath products, board games, outdoor games (horseshoes, volleyball, badminton, cornhole), the amazing heated pool and spa, outdoor fireplace and misters on the lanai, the outdoor kitchen, the impeccably landscaped yard...WOW! The house manager, Lars, was the best! Responsive to our text messages and flexible with our changing arrival times since we were driving in from San Diego. So thoughtful to welcome us with cupcakes and lemonade. He is super pleasant , and while we had no need to reach out to him for help (because everything was perfect), he made sure to reach out mid-stay to see if everything was going OK. We've stayed in a good number of great rentals, but this is hands down the best. We will be back.

Perfect holiday getaway location

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this house is! Ann and her team do a wonderful job down to every internal detail…high end kitchen; very well appointed! Great towels, beds, sheets, and really great vibe to the home. Plenty of games (sand court for volleyball, corn hole, ping pong and more) for when you don’t want to swim, all pristine. And the pool was perfect, even during a bit of a cold snap that saw air temperatures in the 40’s and 50’s for most of the week. Basically you could show up with the clothes you’re wearing, a swimsuit, some PJ’s and you’d really never need to leave! We’re coming back for sure!

Wonderland Home!

This is a brand new home and we booked it without there being any reviews yet and wow am I glad that we did! The house is new, modern and spotless clean. Every amenity you can think of is provided plus some extras. Beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are fully stocked. The backyard is breathtaking with a large pool that you can swim laps and a large cozy hot tub. Add that to beautiful landscaping with mountain views and you just want to stay here forever. Additionally the property is very large with a volleyball court and a game room that has ping pong, foosball, Xbox. I've rented many nice homes in PS, this one was amazing and I can't wait to come back again! Ann the homeowner was a pleasure to deal with and Chris the property manager was very responsive to anything we needed. Grab this home if it's available!
