Nicely decorated 2-room apartment located in the heart of the old town of Nice, just steps away from the Flower Market and the Promenade des Anglais.



Do you want to leave your car during your stay? Then this apartment is for you, it is in the heart of the city!



The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator of a Nice building in a central location of the old town, just steps away from bars/restaurants.



It can accommodate 2 people and consists of a living room with a sofa, TV & free Wifi connection.



The kitchen is fully equipped (hobs, refrigerator, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker), storage.



Air conditioning is present in the main room and in the bedroom.



The bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size bed & has large storage & a television. It is arranged like a master suite with an open bathroom on the bedroom.



The bathroom is quite narrow, equipped with a vanity unit and a shower. The toilet is in a separate closed room from the living room with the washing machine.



Direct access from the airport by Tramway line 2, the Garibaldi/Le Chateau stop is just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
