About this property

Pride of ownership shows throughout in this upgraded Villa across the street from the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island. With three bedrooms and a bonus room with an additional bed, this Villa offers plenty of room for the entire family.

Everything you need is here including the "HH Island Rentals Advantage" including 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels and new kitchen amenities, salt, pepper, cooking spray and season salt.

This three level Villa offers a spacious floor plan with room to spread out. Level one is the family gathering place and features an open floor plan with an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining and living areas. The second floor features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a bunk room with four twins. There is also a bathroom on the second level with a tub/shower combo. Level three features a master bedroom with a king size bed, on-suite with a tub/shower combo and a 4th bedroom room with a full bed. For added sleeping space the couch on the first floor is a full size pullout

The Villa comes with complimentary internet, cable, WiFi and flat-sceen TV’s in the main living area as well as all of the bedrooms. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the unit. Just off the main floor living area is a deck area with a gas grill, patio furniture for relaxing and an umbrella if you need a break from the sunshine.

Seascape Villas feature two outdoor pools and a location close to all of the shopping and restaurants in the Coligny Plaza area. Nestled in the pines, this unit is just a short walk to the pristine beaches of Hilton Head Island, named America’s favorite Island destination for 5 years in a row by Travel Leisure Magazine. And there are private restroom facilities for guests of Seascape, beachside across the street from the complex for the convenience of owners and guests.

Spring Break 2024

Started a bit rocky but turned out great!!! Started with the cleaning lady not being ready for check in but Eric Rodgers the property manager took care of everything and even came over again to unlock a closet for us. Great location right by the pool.

Our stay

This was the perfect setup for our family! We loved how we had the 4th bedroom....it really helped! When we come again we will definitely be renting this place again! We enjoyed the pool and met lots of nice families during our stay.

HH Getaway

Over all the property was OK - not impressed with the black plastic dishes, the subfloor in the bathroom on the 1st floor was all rotted away - the vinyl saved you from falling through... needs to be fixed. The weather was nice, beach was awesome, pool was cool but it warmed during our stay. Neighbors were friendly.. We enjoyed exploring the area and we enjoyed our time as a family being together..

Perfect Spring Break getaway

What a great way to spend spring break with the kids! Location of the villa was an easy walk to the beach and we loved the proximity to Coligny and Celebration Park. Villa was well equipped, clean and as described on the VRBO listing. Rob, the property manager did an outstanding job communicating with us and is a great example of wonderful hospitality and service! Beds were comfy and we LOVED the separate patio off the master bedroom - perfect for morning coffee!
