Seascape 3226 is a Newly Remodeled is located towards the front side of the property and just a short 5 minute walk to the beach.

This three bedroom, two bath, tri-level town home with all the comforts of home including WIRELESS INTERNET. On the main level you’ll find the spacious living room, dining room and kitchen area that has access to the deck with a lagoon view. From the living room enjoy the large deck that overlooks the courtyard area w/lagoon which is equipped with a gas grill and new patio furniture for outdoor dining. The second floor offers two bedrooms sharing a common bathroom. Guest bedroom one has a queen bed and guest bedroom two has two new (2022) full size beds . On the top floor you find a spacious master suite and bath with a king bed (new 2021), walk in closets and a large private balcony overlooking the lagoon and fountain.

Seascape Villas have a relaxing, sub-tropical feel that offers two swimming pools, walking trails and a series of lagoons with connecting bridges.

There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes outside showers a separate men’s and women’s bathroom.

Unit 3226 is a fantastic place to spend the winter!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seascape Villas is a dream spot to stay for two months in the winter! Unit 3226 was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. There was a draft coming in from the front door and slider which could use some weather stripping.Love the fact that the unit is so walkable to the beach and Coligny!Love the fact that “Vacation Time Rentals” is right next door and they are great with any needs you might have!

Great location, clean, funky electrical and wifi

Great location and clean! Great master suite. Lights flashed /pulsed throughtout our stay on all 3 floors and the wifi kept resetting due to electric issues. Even the inside refrigerator light pulsed! Had to buy batteries for 3 remotes to work on Christmas day. Managing office was very responsive, however, nothing was fixed for our stay. Did not use internet or watch streaming movies as a result, which was a bummer over Christmas break. Both screen doors were broke and did not open/close, so we didn't really use them as a result. We enjoyed our time on Hilton Head, as we always do. Jessica P.
