From the minute we arrived, Host Kevin was attentive and very helpful. We arrived early and since our room had already been cleaned, we were able to leave our luggage and begin exploring the city! The room was extremely clean and well appointed. We will definitely stay there on our next visit!! Five star rating.

Relaxing and Friendly

The rooms were very clean and the pool was a great way to cool down in the afternoon. Perfect location to all of the fun things to see and do in the area. The owners were very friendly and really made our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Key West Villas.

Great Key West Escape

Kevin and Heather run a stellar property. The location is convenient to many iconic locations in Key West. It is just far enough off of Duval to feel private and relaxing. The hospitality during the stay was welcoming and attentive. I would definitely stay again!

Excellent place!

My wife and I spent a few nights here and it was exactly like we’d hoped for and expected! The property was very well maintained and they thought of everything. They also include so much for the price! The continental breakfast is more than sufficient, and the afternoon snacks and happy hour are a really nice touch. We will definitely be back!

We will be back!

This property and the management were truly amazing. It exceeded all of our expectations and we are looking forward to returning in the future. All of the small additional amenities such as a bottle of wine when you check in, the happy hours for guests, free laundry onsite, and the management reaching out to ensure everything is great, cannot be beat. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Best accommodation and Hosts

Lovely, clean accommodations. It's secluded in a very central location and we were able to walk everywhere. Very personable since the property doesn't host a huge amount of guests. Our hosts found their calling with this. Very accommodating and fun. I could tell they really enjoy running it. We will definitely be going back again.

Great communication

We had just a short 3 night stay. All the extra little touches made our stay special. Such as; A bottle of wine to welcome us, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and ice machine for us to use anytime. Free happy hour drinks gave us a chance to meet people. The location was perfect for walking to Duval St restaurants and shopping. Kevin and Heather were very good to us.

We stumbled upon this gem on VRBO and I cannot say enough about this place!! It feels like an all-inclusive resort!! The owners are AWESOME, checking in to see what they can do for you, and providing amazing breakfast and snacks throughout the day. PLUS a Happy Hour!! The pool was perfect. Cute and great location

This place was so cute with the perfect location for exploring. Was concerned that people at the pool would be disturbing but it wasn’t a problem we couldn’t even hear them even though our door was poolside. We had a little efficiency/building/cottage all to ourselves and it was great. Close to everything—we drove down from south Florida so we had a car but if we had flown into key west a car was not necessary! Happy hour drinks were tasty, snacks and continental breakfast was easy. Will definitely stay here again

What a wonderful place to stay! Great location right off Duval. Communicaiton was just awesome! Kevin was great with communication at every point from registration to arrival. He's a great bartender with happy hour drinks and shots. We even got a free bottle of wine for our room, free water. The room was beautiful. The property was beautiful. I would absolutely come back. Did I mention free snacks? Perfect place for a perfect vacation. Bed was super comfy, we even had a kitchenette.

Better than Anticipated

Most places brag themselves up so much and don't live up to it. This was just the opposite. A modest description with lots of little extra surprises. All the staff we encountered was great but Kevin is especially awesome and really aims to make his guests happy, even after they are checked out. It was a wonderful stay.
