Fabulous stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The “apartment” was just as shown in listing. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the location as we walked a LOT to our destinations and it was somewhat centrally located. Some late night walks were harder than others but deserved lol. The only minor issue was the shower water temperature constantly changing from hot to cold. We’re not long shower indulgers but, if you are or have long hair requiring more time, just be prepared for it! Definitely not a deal breaker for us.

I was surprised there was no paper products, one small soap, and no shampoo or conditioner. It would have been nice to have a little coffee and tea bags. We did enjoy our visit and would rent this property again in the future. Great location and very clean. Thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was absolutely walking-distance-perfect to eerything! Much smaller in person than in the pocs but still comfy for 2 people. No TV in the bedroom. Living room tv is big and nice but very few channels The Conch train and the trolly is a must do. Parking wasn't as much of a nightmare we had feared. They do have a spot where you can pull up almost to the door to load/unload your stuff. Then a rude rental-neightbor decided to park their rented golf cart there all the time! They said small vehicles are allowed - we were told otherwise. Oh well...

Cozy Cottage

Excellent Location

We absolutely loved this place! It was well eqiuipped, close to everything & so quiet at night. The patio was so relaxing and secluded and the foliage was beautiful! We would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again!

Great Place, Fantastic Location

Our stay was perfect! The location is about two blocks east of Duval, property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. The place was clean and well stocked.

This place is represented accurately on the site. We found it to be clean, comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay. Very close to Duvall street, yet far enough away that we could rest. Will definitely stay here again..

Old town gem

Enjoyed our stay in old town biking to all the attractions, bars and restaurants. The house had all we needed. We especially enjoyed chilling on the garden patio. Highly recommend this property.
