This charming one bedroom cottage is the perfect hideaway.

The quiet compound is located just one block from Duval Street combining the best of both worlds for relaxing and taking advantage of all that Key West has to offer. Within 2 blocks you'll find Key West classics like The Bull, Sloppy Joe's, and Hog's Breath as well as a plethora of delicious restaurants. Venture just a short distance further to Mallory Square or the famous Historic Seaport. It's easy to see why this location is unbeatable. The shared compound, of 6 total homes, features a winding brick pathway surrounded by tropical foliage and flowers that lead to a free form heated pool tucked away in the far side of the gardens. Take a refreshing dip, lounge and catch some sun, or enjoy a good book while being surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. This truly is a relaxing outdoor oasis!

This bright and airy cottage has tile floors throughout, a king sized bed, spa bath, a shared free form pool and washer/dryer. There is also a good-sized private deck with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment and comfort.

(The Ann Street Compound Homeowners Association requires all occupants to be 16 + yrs. Regretfully, NO Children under 16 are allowed. This home is also not pet-friendly)

Great Location

Tranquility was a great location and perfect for a couple to have a quiet getaway. It looked exactly like the listing, easy access to Duval Street and great restaurants. The pool was small in a shady area and great place to relax and read. Would definitely stay again!

Chic cottage close to Duval and seaport activity while still being quiet and relaxing. Private courtyard incredible. Cottage has all amenities you need. Pool beautiful and never crowded while we were there. Management super responsive. Perfect stay for couple.

This place is fantastic!!! We discovered this little “compound” of cottages a few years ago but this was our first time renting this particular cottage. If I could pick a tiny house to live in full time this would be it. The high ceilings made the cottage feel so spacious and the entire house is so beautifully yet comfortably decorated. The bed was so comfy and we loved having access to the private patio from both the bedroom and living room. Full kitchen has everything you need. The pool area is so relaxing. We love the location as it’s right in the heart of all our favorite bars and restaurants and the marina is right around the corner. I wish I could move in permanently! Will definitely be booking again next year.

Great Place next to Duval St.

Awesome place close to so many things! We honestly did not really even need a car to do everything we did! Parking would be the only issue if I had anything to complain about but was mentioned in the description so we knew going in. The parking lot that would be used is $40 a night and you need to collect your car or pay another day by 9:00 am. They will work with you if they know you will be a little late. It is very close by, but seeing as how close everything you could possible want to do is within short walking distance, I would suggest getting a long term parking area and walk or rent a scooter that is bountiful in the Keys. Overall an awesome experience!
