Spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home located on a quiet low traffic street just a short walk to River-city Cafe and other nearby restaurants. This home has new appliances, ceiling fans, furniture, cooking utensils and dishes, as of fall 2021. This home will sleep up to 8 adults and 1 child comfortably. Enjoy socializing on the covered porch located on the front of the home overlooking the street and a side porch open to the sun.
Along with being close to the beach, the home is also a short drive to Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, Brook Green Gardens and Myrtle beach. The Wild Water and Wheels water park is located a mile away. Also, you are only a short distance to several golf courses.

The master bedroom has a 50” smart TV, king size bed with an adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a 42” smart TV. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a 24” smart TV.
The home has wi-fi internet. In the living room you will find a 58” smart TV and sleeper sofa. The dining table will seat eight guests and two more at the kitchen counter.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size stainless refrigerator with ice dispenser, smooth top stove with oven, microwave, pots and pans, coffee pot that will also take K-cups, electric griddle. Brand new washing machine and dryer. Brand new dishes, glassware and tableware. There is a gas grill for your use during your stay.
Bed linens, bath towels and wash cloths are provided and beds will be made prior to your arrival.

We have a small side yard for the children to play.
There is room for parking of three cars, motorcycles are welcome.
