- dining area and full equipped kitchen (Keurig Duo for pods and dripping coffee, pots/pans, dishes, glasses).
- master king size bedroom and bathroom with laundry
- 2 decks. Gas grill and outdoor furniture.

Upstairs:
- queen size bedroom with own balcony (enjoy views from the hanging egg chair).
- bathroom with the shower.
- twin size bunk beds at the loft
- sleeper sofa queen size at the loft
- arcade table(60 games) for kids, wall busy boards&toys for toddlers
- two twin mattress on the upper level (straight ladder goes over there) are the best for teenagers.
- large deck with 2 lounge chairs and blue color sectional.

Downstairs:
- man cave with pool table, air hockey table, gumbo 4-in-a-row game and the trampoline.
- master king size bedroom with full size pull out sofa.
- bathroom with the shower.
- lower deck with brand new hot tub and rocking chairs.

- parking lot up to 5 cars (you can park 2 more vehicles along the road in additional)
