Hot tub didn't work when we first arrived. Owner responded very timely but ultimately took to the 3rd day for it to be warm enough to utilize. It is small and shallow, so 3-4 adults would be max without dispersing too much of the water. We fit easily with 2 children and 1 adult at a time. Bedding was clean. Would recommend changing out the bottom bunk bedding on both beds. It is extremely noisy and would wake people up every time you moved around. Microwave door was broken and falling off and I let the owner know, as I know they are not always onsite to discover these things themselves. It did not hinder the function of the microwave itself. The kitchen was stocked very well with plenty of the essentials to cook meals. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with the basic shower essentials. Plenty of bath and hot tub towels. Location was excellent! Nice community. The ease of access to all things Pigeon Forge was great! I would recommend the owner look for a new cleaner or emphasize dusting as part of their duties. While the home itself was overall clean and tidy, the dust on cabinets, fixtures and lighting was very noticeable. Overall, I would stay at this cabin again.

This was a phenomenal stay very memorable it was so homie and cozy everything a family would need for a memorable real mountain cabin experience. Beautifully decorated I cant express enough how comfortable this stay was everything there all the detail were very much appreciated. My entire family loved the cabin! It was exactly as described, and the hosts were amazing. Clear, timely, and concise communication. Everything as represented! Would definitely stay again! This cabin was perfect for my family. It was easily accessible, comfortable, spacious and full of fun. My children loved the theater room, pool table, games and hot tub. The cabin was also well stocked with special touches that made our stay more enjoyable. Our family’s most important factor when we stay somewhere is cleanliness. We could smell the cleaner when we arrived and we found a very clean place to stay while in town. The cleaners definitely need to be bragged on. Maggie was quick to respond, gave great check in, check out instructions and even gave us pointers on different areas of the cabin. She even ordered up snow flurries and a light show for our stay(Pictured). We will definitely be booking this cabin again for our next trip to Pigeon Forge. The Boger Family(NC)

The host responds to questions in a timely manner. The only thing we didnt like about this cabin is there isnt any blinds in the loft area thats facing the other cabins. The cabin looks exactly like the pictures!!!! We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay!

We absolutely loved staying in this cabin! My husband and I were looking for a 4 day stay somewhere close to the main strip that had games and a hot tub. This cabin is amazing. Beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub, the movie room, and played shuffleboard tournaments all four days. Close to the main strip. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place in the mountains but close to fun

We needed a last minute spring break location and this home was the most pleasant surprise. Not only was the house completely clean and maintained but the communications with the hosts were excellent. Our kids had a ton to do and we had so much room. This house could easily hold multiple families. We will definitely be back!

Restful and Refreshing!

From the moment we pulled in and saw the cabin was named “Be Our Guest” we felt welcomed to enter and relax. The views were so beautiful on each level, and the rocking chairs invited us to sit and unwind. The cabin was clean and amenities were provided as well as plenty of games. We hope to stay again!

We love this area. It’s close to all the attractions and restaurants but just far enough out to be able to kick back and relax in nature.

What makes this property unique

This property is set up with families in mind. It would be great for an adult trip as well but kids and teenagers love it. Our kids never want to leave the cabin when we visit the Smokies. We love pets and know they are a part of the family as well so we love being pet friendly.
