The house and rooms were clean and plenty of towels. the pool table was a little to close to the wall and lacked good sticks. it could also use a recover on top and side rails. The outside pictures of the house were not the same house. overall we had a pleasant stay. the hot tub could use a new top it was water soaked on one side and hard to handle. Thank You Van

Very close to the national park and beautiful house! Also very close to restaurants and stores.. house was very well equipped. It would have been nice to have the basic condiments: mustard, ketchup, etc.No outside picnic table or fire pit which would have been nice. Hot tub was well heated but the giant wood bees were a tad annoying… and yes they DO sting!It’s a tad overpriced, but isn’t everything these days?

The home was well lived in. The hot was not hot until we had to do a reset, so it was the second day before we got to go in, but then later that day it needed a reset again, we were disappointed in that, because that was one of the main reasons for picking this property. The hot tub on the website isn’t even the one that is at the property. I wasn’t happy with the way things were and the price was high for the experience that we had. I have never been to a property that had this issue. I don’t believe the owners know the condition that the property is in, or there would be a change, maybe. There was quick communication, but not the response that I wanted. We spent some good money and didn’t get everything we paid for.

Host was very responsive to any questions i asked.Since we stayed during Thanksgiving the host provided us with a pre-cooked turkey which was a great touch.The cabin was great and as we expected. If i had one complaint it woukd be the steepness of the driveway but its a cabin on a mountain so its to be expected.

Our family of six really enjoyed our stay. It was nice being conveniently located near Cades Cove and Pigeon Forge. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend staying here!

Amazing time!!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful home. Very clean, from the drive in on the property to the home itself. My Husband and I were appreciate of the quiet times in the area, a plus with kids and needing some rest. Kinda in the middle of all the fun things for families too.. Highly recommended!
