OUTDOOR
Huge 2 wrap around 2-level porch is an amazing place to hang out to soak in those mountain view, enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks, grill your dinner, soak in the Hot tub at the end of the day. There is plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone.

Resort Indoor, outdoor seasonal pool, mini golf, waterfall. We provide mini golf clubs, need to provide your own golf balls. Please bring back the golf clubs with you.

***Linens and towels are provided. We provide a starter supply of body wash, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dish pods, dish detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and coffee and coffee creamer. You may need additional supplies if staying more than a couple of days.

-Please note that if the propane tank runs out during your stay, feel free to have it refilled at a nearby location, and we will happily reimburse the cost. Please keep the receipt and send us a photo for reimbursement.
-We’re surrounded by nature. It's part of the natural surroundings that make this area special. It's not uncommon to see wildlife like Deer, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Snakes, Mice, Rabbits, Birds, Bees, Ants, Spiders, Bats, and even the occasional Bear or Scorpion. We recommend keeping doors closed and food or trash properly secured.

Pet Policy
We welcome pets at this property. A fee of $200 applies for up to 2 dogs per stay. Pets are not allowed in the shared amenities areas in the resort, such as the pool, as per HOA guidelines.

RENTAL TERMS

• Signed rental agreement and security deposit are required within 24 hours of booking.
• Security deposit of 300$ will be held 2 days prior to stay and released 5 days after stay if there is no damage.

SECURITY
• Front door motion sensitive Ring camera with view of the parking and front entrance! We use camera for security during check in and check out times and if there is concern for noise or rule violation!

SAFETY
• Bears endemic in the area and have been sighted near the cabin! Please use bear precautions.

☆ CANCELATION POLICY ☆

Cancelation: Please refer to your cancelation policy + $100 processing fee. No refunds are issued for inclement weather barring mandatory evacuation. Getting Trip Insurance is highly recommended.

The host was great and we had no issues. The room sizes are great compared to other cabins we have stayed in. The drive to cabin was not to steep. The Parkway is not far from the cabin. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cabin.

The cabin looked as pictured. The murals on the walls were pretty. Check-in was easy. But as we got in the cabin, we found dog hair all over (we didn't bring animals). We found what appeard to be black mold as we cleaned up to leave. So, upon check out, I messaged the management company that we'd checked out (as requested) and they didn't seem phased by our findings. They replied in short: Thanks for letting us know you checked out. Sorry, that's not our standard. Safe travels.It seemed very dodgy and not genuine. We don't plan to use this property or company again.

Our team did a full inspection with photos after your departure. No pet hair was found, and the area you flagged near the sofa is directly below an AC vent causing discoloration and our team confirmed no mold was present. Although we had the area inspected, we should have followed up with you promptly to share our findings and help ease any anxiety about the potential area of concern. We hope you’ll give us another chance in the future.

Absolutely Perfect

This house had everything we could have dreamed of ! So much space, a perfect location and incredibly helpful hosts ! I had multiple questions and they answered each one quickly and professionally ! The location was exactly what we wanted. In the mountains where it was peaceful, but only a quick 15 minute drive into town with multitudes of attractions and things to do ! We absolutely plan on coming back !

Family trip

All of our needs were met at this lovely cabin. The decor was fresh and welcoming, the hot tub was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the game room was a hit with all. We stayed during a heat wave and the only space that was a little warmer was the upstairs bedroom. There was a standing fan available for us and it made the room a comfortable temperature for sleeping. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area

Overall I enjoyed my stay the cleanliness was great, response from the owner timely manner, the only concern was the odor on the first level. The smell was like old water. But I enjoyed the cabin was very spacious.

Close to everything

Home is situated close to everything you could want. Host was very easy to contact when any questions came up. Cleanliness could have been improved we arrived about 30 minutes before check in and crew was still cleaning, wasn’t a problem for us at all. When we arrived still had to clean up food and other trash around the tables and the bathrooms weren’t cleaned, moldy shower curtains in 2 of the bathrooms. Overall was a decent property.

Beautiful Cabin for Extended Family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cabin. The cabin was well maintained and nicely decorated. It had pretty much everything you need during your stay, and the beds were comfortable. It felt like you were in a home ... not a hotel. We had my husband and myself, our two adult children and their spouses, one grandchild, and my sister on vacation together. It was so nice being able to stay in one house and for each family "unit" to have their own private bedroom and ensuite bathroom. There were two separate living areas, a big kitchen with an eat-in area, and a half-bath off the kitchen. This made it very convenient to prepare meals and eat together and hang out when we weren't out sightseeing. We enjoyed using the wrap around deck with rocking chairs, a glider, and tables and chairs to enjoy the beautiful view and the fresh air. It was relaxing to sit on the covered upper deck and watch/listen to the rain one morning during our stay. Some of our group also liked using the hot tub on the lower deck in the evening. We only had one little hiccup where we lost hot water one morning, but the owner had someone out right away who fixed the problem. I would highly recommend staying here.
