The spacious living room has a cozy couch corner with sleep function, a large dining table for 6 people invites you to meals together. The full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, p. p. is integrated in the living area. Both bedrooms have a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a smaller wardrobe. The reclaimed plank floor gives the living and sleeping area the special charm. In the modern bathrooms you will find a washbasin / WC and a bathtub or a shower. The large south facing terrace with garden access invites you to linger. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. From here you can reach the promenade and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach after about 100m.   A washing machine is available for a fee and is located on the ground floor immediately after entering the villa. You can park your own or borrowed bikes in an open bike rack. Guests of apartment 4 is a separate, lockable bike shed available. 1 parking space on the property is assigned to each apartment with the appropriate number.  Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. We have no influence on the data, the speed or the condition of the network operation.
