Beautiful house in the heart of Miami with exquisite large backyard and fire pit, meditation room that can turn into a bedroom, sliding door to nature with an outside deck , perfect for Yoga.
House interior has Very well laid out plan with large communal space and large open kitchen. The rooms are privately tucked away which limits communal noise and accessibility from outside guests. Large trees and gorgeous foliage adorn the surrounding of the house giving you a feeling of being in a sanctuary. There's also two large driveways that park take 3 cars and ample parking outside.
The house is situated in el portal one of the quietest and most safe areas in the heart of Miami. The house is conveniently located 5 min away from Design District, 10 min from Mid Town and 15 min away from Wynwood and South Beach. Groceries stores and other basic local stores and pharmacies, parks, Tennis courts, and fitness locations are walking away distance from the house.
