If you are looking for luxury this isn’t it. If you are looking for clean, close to beach, and amazing host. You have found the place!!!! Although it’s small it served the purpose for the husband & I and weekend getaway! Walking distance to beach, food, and grocery store Host was amazing and answered all my questions without delay!

Cute cottage just a few homes down from the boardwalk and beach. Amazing location. It was clean and tidy. This is not a luxury space and that was not what we were expecting so our expectations were appropriate.The beds were very comfortable. The two chairsFor sitting on the side of the trundle were cramped. The layout of the living space was for aesthetics (which is very understandable for a STR) but definitely not the best use of space for 4 people to sit and talk.The bathroom was great. Shower was awesome. Soaps and hair products provided. My biggest issues was that the listing says “no fees” and washer/dryer is in the listing only to find out there is a 20 charge per day for laundry access with this unit. It felt sneaky. Not sure what else they might charge for. This cottage is not clearly labeled outside. There are two other units behind this front unit and I guessed based on the photos. The parking situation was not clear. We were asked to move our car “to the lot” which also was not clear as the lot next door obviously belongs to the building next to it. We had to search for the beach chairs. The umbrella top was laying on the ground in the small walkway where the AC units were. Umb post was not with it and there was no bag. The beach towels were decor; in no way towels. Just thin polyester with fringe. The tv had a strange image delay but the sound worked. And this is just the age of the house but outlets are very limited and none in the bathroom
