3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels, south-west facing position. Entrance hall with air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. No heating option. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 35 - 230 cm with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Terrace 9 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Klein maar fijn

Rustige locatie op 5 minuten lopen van betonstrand en 10 van kiezelstrand. De slaapkamers zijn van prima formaat en de badkamers ook. De keuken en het zitgedeelte is daarentegen klein. Desalniettemin hebben wij het heerlijk gehad. We aten toch alleen ontbijt of maakten drankjes in de keuken. Een ontspannen zithoek hebben we wel gemist. Het zwembad was heel fijn. De eigenaresse Nada is erg aardig, we hadden goed contact. In de winter wordt het huisje verbouwd en komt er een nieuwe keuken en nieuwe badkamers in. Er staan op het parkje ook een aantal luxueuze appartementen met alles erop en eraan. Het is afgesloten via een hek. En er is ruimte voor zeker 3 auto's om te parkeren. Wij vonden het helemaal goed!

Wir sind sehr glücklich und zufrieden nach Hause gekommen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, Tribunj ein ruhiger Ort, saubere Strände. Ferienhaus ist sehr bequem, sauber genug Platz, Besitzerin ist sehr nett.

Es ist ein schönes Ferienhaus, mit einer tollen Außenanlage. Pool war immer sauberer, Tennisplatz ist auch vorhanden und die Gastgeber immer nett und freundlich. Also alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Perfect place for dalmatian holidays

We spent an excellent Time in Tina’´s place - first, very good hospitality and kindness of thé owner - the house is very pleasant and we appréciante thé pool and the tennis court. Tribunj is a perfect place to spend good holidays: swimming in the Sea, renting boat to sail around the Island , visiting thé Cities of Trogir, Zadar and sibenik, or the beatiful falls of Krka park .

Das Haus war unseren Österreichischen Hygienestandards nicht ganz gewachsen. Die Gastgeberin war aber sehr sehr zuforkommend und so kommte sie damit einige Minuspunkte wegmachen. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Urlaub sehr schön.

We stayed for 10 days in this villa with 7 people. It was very comfortable. The pool was excellent and the host was always on hand. Would 100% recommend this property if you are wishing to stay in Tribunj.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce :-)

Dobre miejsce do odpoczynku zarówno dla młodych jak i dla starszych. Dobre miejsce dla osób z dziećmi - jest boisko do piłki, koszykówki i tenisa. Trampolina dla dzieci, czyściutki i bardzo przyjemny basen. Generalnie cały teren czysty i dobrze zagospodarowany. Bardzo miła właścicielka, brak trudności w ogólnej komunikacji. Większych luksusów można wymagać tylko w hotelach ale to nie za takie pieniążki. Generalnie rodacy, jeśli chcecie spędzić wakacje w Chorwacji to ja osobiście mogę polecić to miejsce.
