Our 1-room-apartment with combined living room is furnished with a sofa, a double bed, a kitchenette, satellite TV and radio, bathroom with shower and toilet. The terrace with barbecue invites you to linger. Free parking and garaging for bicycles on the property are available.
Welcome! The holiday property is situated on the edge of the Rostock heath between Graal Müritz and the Fischland-Darß-Zingst, in the district Neuheide. It is located close to the forest Water available. Well-developed cycling and hiking trails are suitable nearby and ideal for relaxing walks and bike rides. The Baltic Sea beaches of Graal-Müritz and Neuhaus are easy to reach by bike. Our 2 comfortable well-equipped apartments are located in a separate house. They are for 1-2 people or designed for 2-5 people. Before the house is a large terrace. The cozy barbecue evenings should be nothing in the way.
The tourist tax, which is due from 2018, is payable to the landlord. The amount is per person max. 1,50 € per day.

Praktische Unterkunft
Im Großen und Ganzen war die Unterkunft sehr schön. Es roch ein bisschen muffig, in etwa wie das Gartenhäuschen nach einem feuchten Winter. Es gab aber keinen Schimmel o. ä.
Da das Objekt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt, ist es morgens doch recht früh laut, bei geöffnetem Fenster.
Einen Toaster hätten wir uns noch gewünscht.
Ansonsten gute Lage und völlig ausreichend für unsere Zwecke.

Für mich als Radtourist gut gelegen, auch Waldspsziergänger werden ihre Freude haben.
Sehr kleine Wohnung mit einfacher Ausstattung, freundliche Vermieter und schöne sonnige Frühstücksterasse. War zwei Wochen da und habe viel unternommen. Das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis stimmt !

Ferien im Grünen
Sehr gute Unterkunft für zwei Personen. In 10 minuten ist man am Strand von Graal-Müritz mit dem Auto. Auch sonst kann man viel unternehmen . Uns hat es so gut gefallen, daß wir beschlossen haben, nächstes Jahr wieder 1 Woche im Grünen zu wohnen.Die Vermieter sind super nette Leute .Danke nochmal an die Familie.
