This casita is an upgraded vacation type rental with gorgeous views of the Santa Rita Mountains. Watch the sunrise in the morning as you drink your coffee on our expanded, tiled veranda. Follow the moon as it creates spectacular vistas at the end of a fun-filled day over the calm expanse of Green Valley. Find serenity in a glass of wine and a good book, welcome friends, or lose yourself in the sheer beauty of nature as the Santa Rita Mountains change colors at sunset. Covered assigned parking space in front of Casita.

The casita is right in the heart of Green Valley, you will be close to shopping and all the amenities, yet able to enjoy the calm and peace of a small town feel. The Kitt Observatory sits at the top of the Santa Rita's watching over the valley and like the astronomers you will be amazed at the clarity of the Milky Way right from your own back door.

Madiera Canyon is a short 30 minutes away and boasts as the home of numerous species of hummingbirds and many hiking trails. The flourishing art center of Tubac is minutes south, while swimming, biking, golf - the list is endless - lays at your fingertips.

Great getaway

Beautiful and convenient. Perfect for two. Clean property with all necessary amenities including laundry, coffee pot and filters, completely supplied kitchen, and even sugar for the hummingbird feeder. Most impressive view of the mountains.

We enjoyed our stay at Linda’s casita immensely. When we arrived the place was extremely clean and well stocked with things to make our stay comfortable. But the view of sunrise from the patio was breathtaking. We hope to return for a longer visit someday.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

Excellent location close to the heart of Green Valley, yet still off the beaten path. We enjoyed spending breakfast and later evening time out on the expansive tiled patio overlooking the mountains, taking in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The casita had everything we needed for our stay. The bed is excellent and the kitchen was well appointed with all the little items you want. The washer/dryer was a bonus.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this Casita. The neighborhood was safe, clean with lots of things nearby to do. The views were spectacular. We sat on the deck every day morning and night, and just loved the sunsets snd sunrises. Linda, the Owner was delightful and responded to our every need. The Casita was well appointed with everything we needed. We just loved it. We would highly recommend this Casita.

You Couldn't Ask for More

The casita had everything we needed, as well as many things we didn't even know we wanted! The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals, including a spice rack that rivaled my own at home. The patio overlooking the Santa Rita mountains was wonderful and we spent several hours there in the late afternoons and evenings watching the hummingbirds and the sun setting. The place was exactly as advertised, and perfect for a weekend away. Linda was a great hostess, clearly explaining the details of the place upon arrival and also available to answer questions during our stay. We look forward to coming back!

Humming birds and Bats

Linda was awesome. Really nice place and we left wanting to buy a Casita just like that. I loved sitting on the porch and watch the humming birds and the Bats come out at dusk and dawn. It was our 30th wedding anniversary. We were going to go to a fancy place to celebrate. Instead, we bought a nice Rib Eye and grilled out on the patio. Linda had all the things we needed.

Easy check-in, great WI-FI, best mountain view in Green Valley and one of the best stocked and supplied vacation properties we've seen in our travels all over the world. I've read all the reviews and concur that this is an outstanding resort property from the standpoint of the facility, management, location, and comfort. Bottom line: if you think this resort meets your needs, book it quickly before someone else does. This will be our first choice when we return to Green Valley.

Stunning views

Linda and Richard are great hosts. The Casita is comfortable and welcoming. The Santa Rita Mountains are captivating. Fun trails in the Madera Canyon and the Saguaro National Forest are just minutes away. Sipping coffee and watching the hummingbirds was great fun. Their hospitality was outstanding.

The property was amazing. It was so quiet. The neighbors were all very friendly or a lot of outdoor activities to do and pretty close to the property. The host were extremely nice. They answered all of our questions when we had any property had tons of cooking utensils, spices, etc. perfect for those that like to cook at home. We enjoy the ambience overall waking up to a sunrise with lots of hummingbirds. It was everything we hoped it would be. We would gladly take this place again. I highly recommend it for a quiet weekend or a quiet two weeks day. It was amazing.

I think there is a very warm comforting feeling as you enter the Casita. There are 3 skylights that make it bright and cozy.

What makes this property unique

In addition to the outside beautiful sun and moon rises, the antics of the hummingbirds, and the blooming of the desert landscaping, we have recently purchased a new mattress for the Queen size bed.
