Assigned single car parking with visitor parking right outside of the condo. Laundry facilities in complex a 2 minute walk from casita.



The Space:

The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and a small table, perfect for a designated workspace. The newer, fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove and a convenient breakfast bar. Stay connected with wireless internet and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV, allowing you to easily log into your own streaming services. For local news and live TV, YouTube TV is provided. Step outside to your private patio, complete with comfortable seating, shade, dining area, and a grill for outdoor cooking.
