The guest room has a queen bed with built-in cabinets and desk for a home office. Screened patio area and a roomy outdoor patio/space provide beautiful mountain views of Santa Rita mountains. Patio has a chiminea (outdoor fireplace). Appliances include electric stove, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster oven, new stainless-steel dishwasher, refrigerator and large laundry room with washer and dryer. Home includes oversized 1-car garage with large storage cabinets. Rental includes utilities, CATV and WIFI. Rental is part of Green Valley Recreation (GVR) that offers numerous active adult activities with close proximity to pools, workout facilities, pickleball (32 courts), tennis (17 courts) etc. Rental rate base on seasonal rental January 1 -March 31, 2027 ($3000 per month), January 1-March 31, 2026 ($2,900 per month). December and April 2026 & 2027($2500 per month). Will consider long-term rental at discounted rate.
