Escape the snow and relax in a fully furnished home away from home. Bring your friends, plenty of room for two couples or singles. Three queen beds available, two car garage. Well-behaved pets are welcome too! WiFi, SmartTV, Roku, and antenna tv available. No cable TV so you will have to bring your own sports channel subscription if that's your thing. Two patios, propane grill, 5' block wall enclosed yard. GVR (Green Valley Recreation) amenities available for an extra membership fee. 55+ community.

We really enjoyed our stay. The high points were the nesting doves right outside the doors (one had two babies) and the Gila woodpecker nesting in the saguaro in the yard. The house was neat, the beds comfortable and there were plenty of amenities. We loved the neighborhood. Spent ten days seeing a lot of sights around Tucson and vicinity. Definitely would come again.

Wendy is a wonderful host. We had a medical emergency and she helped me get me and my dog to where my husband was waiting at the medical center (spoiler alert: all good!) Additionally, the place is so quiet and comfortable. It’s got pretty much anything you could ever want or need and the three (!!!) outdoor spaces are so welcoming during different times of the day. So close to so many things, including hiking, shopping and all the GVR amenities if you wish. Great value!

We really enjoyed our stay. Wendy is wonderful! The house was well stocked, clean great location. She even had welcome snacks, bottle of wine, coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and the people were very friendly. We would stay there again.

Those streaming sites are changing so rapidly. I'll have to try a few of them out and decide. Netflix, Hulu, Prime and Pluto TV don't seem to cut it anymore. I'm thinking about Sling for next year.

Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Quiet neighborhood but centrally located to where we wanted to go and activities we wanted to do. The host was wonderful. Would recommend to others.

The best rental and Landlord we’ve ever had!! Truly full kitchen, linens and towels the finest quality and quantity. Wendy had immediate response times to our texts and emails and phone calls. The yards all around our rental were fenced, bbq grill handy and propane tank full. Floors all tile, fabulous,beds very comfortable and all the furniture too. TVs all working well. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN everywhere! Best location to huge grocery stores ,thrift shops ,mall etc. Wendy’s rental was truly our favorite.
