One of the best unobstructed mountain view homes. Home is on the San Ignacio golf course. Large spacious 2600 sq. ft. newly furnished home. Has a 60 inch smart TV in the family room. Cox cable and Hi speed internet is included. This beautiful home has yet to be reviewed due to being first placed on the rental market 11/2016. This home is part of Green Valley Recreation. Green Valley recreation offers 14 Rec. centers. Pools, pickle ball, tennis, arts, crafts, Health, fitness, something for everyone. Hike the trails in the San Rita mountains. A round of golf? We enjoyed the scenic location backing on to the St Ignacio Golf course, loved the large gourmet kitchen & very much appreciated the easy access to the owner for questions. We would highly recommend this spacious home

This property is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It overlooks the San Ignacio golf course and has a magnificent view of the Santa Rita mountains. The owner is easy to work with and will answer your questions and return your phone calls quickly. The house was pet friendly so that was a big plus for us. The community is quiet, friendly, tidy and safe. The I-19 is nearby so you will hear traffic noise if you sit outside on the patio. However, the house is well insulated inside from outside noise. We would suggest that an up-to-date information sheet be provided with tv & internet instructions for renters.

The property is accurately described. The view of the golf course is peaceful and surprisingly private. The host is helpful, communicative, and respectful. We hope to book this property again in the future.

golf trip

Very well equipped and large property. Owner checked in to see how things were going. We are familiar with the Green Valley area and the numerous golf courses ... It was nice to watch the golfers come through during the day. Definitely would return to this property.

Nice location on a quiet dead end court. Friendly neighbors. Very large house with lots of sitting areas for a relaxing and dining. Large rooms throughout. Very bright. Enjoyed sitting on the outside patio and watching the golfers. Very accommodating home.

Arizona winter stay

Spacious house on the golf course. Lovely view of the mountains. A road runner came to visit us on the patio several days. Also had owls hooting outside in the night, though we never were able to see them.
