Re modeled with Mexican Satillo tile throughout the property this beautiful southwestern property will be your home away from home.

As the Owner, I created a warm, friendly, comfortable and welcoming home environment because it's also my get-away haven.

'Casa Vega' is not a 'typical rental'. Furnished with a Southwestern theme, the colors and 'feel' of 'Casa Vega' encourage relaxation. It’s a one story spacious home in the Rancho Abrego development in Green Valley, AZ (on the fringes of Sahuarita) . It’s open and spacious with three beautiful bedrooms (one being on the other side of the house for privacy) and two generous-sized full bathrooms and 2 car garage.. The Southwestern furniture compliments the design of the home and the ambiance that is truly and uniquely Arizona. When you arrive at 'Casa Vega', you can immediately relax. The soothing earth tones of the home and simplicity of the interior design chase away your cares. The extremely comfortable pillow-top beds in every bedroom just beg for your head to rest on them, the full body massage chair in the living room is also a welcomed addition. New kitchen appliances, along with a new modern TV’s in all bedrooms. Also enjoy the wonderful new pergola with table and 6 chairs and a BBQ outside. Please reference amenities for more information.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Outdoor cushions to master closet. *Switch All lights/TVs Off *Turn AC/Heater Off *Range/BBQ/Faucets are all off *Close all curtains/blinds * Place the white bar back on the sliding glass door +lock
*Please load/lock the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and run prior to leaving. Only use a small amount of dishwasher solution or one capsule. * Take Trash out and place in Brown Trash/recycle bin
Close Garage Door/turn light off Close but DO NOT lock inside door to garage. Place the garage clicker and pool key back on the hanger. Exit through the front door, press lock and confirm it’s locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Even though the property is pet friendly the pet has to be fully house trained , non destructive and you must pick up after them outside.

Stayed for three nights...was in town for a funeral. Accommodations were nice, use of the community pool was nice, given the warm weather. Home was well appointed and very comfortable. While the neighborhood appeared crowded due to the close proximity of the neighbors, it turned out to be a very quiet stay and the accommodations absolutely met our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at Beautiful Casa Vega! The place was beautifully furnished, the beds were comfortable, and the house was centrally located to shopping and activities. The host was also very responsive to answering questions before and during the stay. We will definitely stay here again when returning in the future.

Everyone in this neighborhood will agree that this home is in Sahuarita, Az. NOT in Green Valley,Az. The furnishings are mediocre, and the beds were definitely not new. It was a very dark home w/ limited seating and lighting options aside from the gigantic,deep and low sofa. Unfortunately, there is no local property manager, so if any problems arise that can’t be dealt w/ by the owner, they become your responsibility to meet with the subcontractor. The owner did his best, but as a traveler, I don’t want to schedule to meet with a subcontractor during my vacation. This home is more suited as a quick stay, not a long term visit. The work space/desk almost fell apart as it is old. The outside seating is surrounded by concrete block walls w/ barking dogs on all sides. The owner suggested that I kindly knock on their door and discuss it w/ them…a total stranger in a very transient neighborhood. A property management representative would do wonders. Thank you Gareth. I think this place has room for loads of potential.

Home away from home

This was a great place for friends/family to visit. Loved the closeness to food and shopping. Lots of adventures to take around the area. The hummingbirds were also very delightful to watch once we put up the feeder. The owner was very responsive to my concerns.

Nice place for a quick stay

We enjoyed the property during our stay. The labels with instructions were clear (so we never had to wonder how to get the Xbox on). The showers were great for us tall people. Place was clean, neat and as promised.

Casa Vega was a nice place to stay - very clean, well furnished, and lots of space for all of us! We had a little trouble contacting the host, but I think that was because his phone didn't let him know he had a voicemail. Really nice place, made for a lovely Christmas

We stayed at Casa Vega for three nights with our extended family. The layout of house worked for our family well. The only complaint I have is that the patio, patio furniture and yard were not cared for.

Thanks for the review . I am glad you had a great time . The Patio furniture is actually new and metal so it should not wear out due to the sun. You had informed me that the umbrella was worn so that will be replaced even though it was only replaced 12 months ago. The umbrella tends to get left out and open which can dry out in the Sun so thanks for letting me know so I can replace the Umbrella.

Southwest vibe

The location was perfect for us, easy drive to Tucson and the border, lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The house itself is very cute, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Rounded corners and southwestern decore really added to the experience. Gare was the perfect host and responded immediately to any questions that I had. Having an attached garage with automatic door was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Great Vacation!

Casa Vega exceeded our expectations! This was our first rental experiance and did not know what to expect. We were so pleased with the house. The location was great for what we needed, the house was nice and spacious, the backyard was perfect for us. Although the water was a little cool, we enjoyed the use of the pool, especially our 6 year old. Thank you for the use of your home!

Great rental for 6 adults

This property was great for our family of 6 adults. It is difficult to find a rental with 3 bedrooms in Green Valley. The house had plenty of room, especially in the main living area. One bedroom is a bit smaller but still adequate (all bedrooms had queen size beds) and there is a lot of closet space in all 3 bedrooms. The owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had both before and during our stay. The location is very convenient to shopping and the highway. We will defintily rent this proerty again when staying in Green Valley.

Excellent Place to Stay

Our stay at this beautify home was very comfortable for our family of 4 and our puppy. The owner, Gareth, was very helpful and kind as we came to Green Valley under sad circumstances. We had other family that were staying at a hotel in town and with us staying at this house it was nice for us all to have a place to come and comfort and connect with each other. We cooked food in the very well equipped kitchen and also use the BBQ. The beds in each room are very comfy as well as the living room and dinning room. Both bathrooms were very clean and suited all of our needs. Thank you Gareth for everything. If we come back to Green Valley we will defiantly look your property up. Highly recommend this property.

Impressive home!

The listing was accurate in describing the house. It was very clean with all the amenities you need. The house was nicely furnished, and the bed was quite comfortable. After hiking, we enjoyed the massage chair! The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe. Walmart and Safeway were nearby for shopping needs. The owner was very gracious and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed the nearby museums, hiking, the Colossal Cave, restaurants, and casinos. The local residents we spoke to were very friendly, helpful, and eager to offer suggestions. We have already recommended this home to our friends, and we have already reserved another stay in this wonderful home for ourselves.
