Classic Spanish Style home, conveniently located in the City of Gilbert. Close to fabulous restaurants, shopping, hiking and biking. In the well designed community there are parks and walking paths to enjoy. The house is beautiful and cozy! The back yard is extremely relaxing with a heated pool, hot tub and outdoor BBQ area. Sit back under the gazebo and chill by the fire pit. You will love the heated pool and hot tub year round. There is a separate family room upstairs with games and a smart TV. A wonderful place for the kiddos. All the beds are comfortable with Egyptian cotton sheets. This home has 5 bedrooms, three and a half baths and a casita with an additional full bathroom. The outdoor area is completely fenced. This is an exceptional home and we strive to make your stay a memorable one.

This property was perfect for our larger family. We had a girlfriend with us and the casita was great for her to be separated from the family for sleeping and having her own bathroom. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay perfect. Lots of towels, pool towels, a well stocked kitchen that wasn't missing anything, filtered water spout, etc. The house is very well sound proofed so you don't hear noises from other bedrooms (like we had with crying babies). The downstairs master suite and bathroom was a nice oasis for my husband and I. We loved the covered patio and spent a lot of time there. We happened to be in Arizona during an early heatwave so we were also indoors a little more than we might have preferred but you can't control the weather. The upstairs seating area and TV provided extra space for our toddler children to play and watch children's shows while adults watched March madness downstairs. The location is in Gilbert is admittedly in the far reaches of the Phoenix area so if you are hoping to do activities like go to the zoo or Scottsdale, be prepared to drive. However, if you are just coming to relax and hang out, this is a perfect spot. We ended up not going to Costco and did all of our grocery shopping at the Fry's which was a 5 minute drive away. If we were to return to Gilbert with our family, we would not hesitate to stay again. The owner is very responsive to any questions or issues we had.

Perfect spot for my wife and me

House worked out very well for us. Location was perfect since we are homebodies who like to walk and play golf (there was a very nice course 5 miles away). We used the heated pool nearly every day. Hot tub malfunctioned but not a big deal for us. All the accoutrements you would expect for a several week stay were available. Very nice sun porch out back. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful stay

As any homeowner knows, something (usually small) is always malfunctioning. This house is no exception but the minor issues never affected our stay because Erik (the owner) was the most attentive VRBO owner I’ve ever experienced….which is saying something since I have rented via VRBO many, many times. He was always quickly available via phone/text or in person and took care of everything immediately. Without me asking he even gave me a 1000 refund when we lost a couple of days of pool use after the heater malfunctioned and had to be replaced. For one other minor issue he gave me a 125 refund, again without asking. I only wish all VRBO owners were more like him………and oh yeah, the house was great.

Amazing Property

I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a luxurious home in Gilbert. The indoor and outdoor spaces were very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of amenities and it was very well stocked with towels and all of the basics. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and appliances. When we messaged the host with a question, he called us right away and walked us though the instructions. We will definitely look into renting this house again on our next trip to Arizona!

Perfect Fam Spot!

Easy, clean, lots of amenities and space. Plus, close to a park, great running spots and restaurants. Overall, very well organized home and very comfortable for our family with three under five.
