Brooklin is best known for its picturesque bays and waterways and premier sailing waters, and is home to WoodenBoat School, boat builders and boat yards, craftspeople and artists. Enjoy beautiful sunrises drinking coffee on the screened porch swing, watch the lobster boats, listen to waves lapping at the shore, swim and kayak from the rocks at high tide with easy access using the wooden steps to the beach, explore the tidepools, and enjoy the many area hiking trails. This is a favorite cottage that enjoys returning guests each year. The property includes a quaint playhouse for children and is supplied with games and puzzles for rainy days.
