About this property

Welcome to Olanco. The north western end of Otisco Lake. This brand new custom built has it all. Enjoy three levels of high end living space, with room for the entire family. This house comes fully loaded with four bedrooms, which includes a well appointed owners suite with 180 degree views of the lake., and three full baths.
On the main level you can enjoy in house laundry, a nice sized bedroom and a full bath. As well as a vast great room with custom kitchen and cabinetry, solid stone counters, dining area and an open concept living area. The kitchen comes fully loaded - just bring the groceries.
The second level you will find three additional bedrooms and two full baths. These rooms come stocked with linens, bedding and towels.
The lower walkout level is where you will find an entertainment room with additional fridge for the lake side snacks. This room walks out to the lovely patio area, part of which is covered. Here you can enjoy the fire pit, and sweeping vistas.

Quiet and relaxing

Being that this was right on the water, and given my sensitivity to smells, I was very surprised that none of the rooms were musty! The lake was perfect for paddle boarding (we brought an inflatable paddle board with us) and the location a great base for many trips. Also surprised that the mosquitoes were not overrunning the place, as they always seem to like me best :(. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Host was available to answer questions and gracious.

Wonderful Time

Our Family had a wonderful time staying at the Lakehouse. The house was beautiful inside (even better then the pictures.)and was right on the lake .More then enough room for our family. The full view of the lake from the great room was amazing everyday. We had everything we needed at the house . We enjoyed the quiet lake but were only 15 minutes away from Skaneateles . The owner was very helpful when ever we had a question. Completely enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful lake shore property

This is a beautiful well appointed home. Kitchen is well stocked. Owner is very responsive. Neighbors are helpful and friendly.

Wonderful lakeside vacation home

Beautiful, newly remodeled lake home on quiet Otisco lake. We stayed here for our daughters graduation from Syracuse Univ. and it was perfect for us. Everything in the home is brand new and very comfortable. The house sits very close to the lake with amazing views. It was about a 25 minute drive to Syracuse and about 10 into Skaneateles. Good food nearby and the host was very helpful when needed. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!
