Logement tout à fait conforme au descriptif. De plus, en ces jours de canicule, le logement situé au rez-de-chaussée est resté frais… sans faire fonctionner la climatisation. C’est toujours ça de gagné pour la planète. !!!

Appartement bien rénové, bien équipé et très propre. Au frais vu que c'est un sous-sol aménagé et c'était appréciable vu les 35 degrés !!!Endroit calme proche des commerces.
