Just delightful

With views of a peaceful bay, an easy walk to one of the best beaches in Maui, and plenty of space, this is a great place to stay. We found the condo very comfortable with two adults and one child and appreciated the simple parking and short walk to the ocean. We especially enjoyed snorkeling with turtles in the bay and exploring the tide pools.

Perfect Stay Every Time

I have stayed at Napili Point several time & this unit did not disappoint. The kitchen is well stocked, fridge & freezer ice cold & the view is... well what's not to love? The sofa pull-out was comfortable (for a sofa bed) as well as the main bed (medium-firm). Highly recommend& would stay again!

We have been to Napili Point several times in the past and we love the location! The condo was very clean. We missed the availability of some more beach stuff that is sometimes available in other condos such as a small cooler, an umbrella, and comfy beach chairs. They had 2 beach chairs which weren’t too comfortable and a boogie board. The internet at this condo was terrible. Water pressure wasn’t great in the shower. The views and the property is great!

Relaxed in Maui

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo unit. The views were amazing and the location was perfect for all that we wanted to do. We loved watching the surfers at sunset off the point. We didn't get to snorkel here because the surf was too high the first few days and there is not an easy access point to get into the water. The unit was comfortable, clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer unit stopped working while we were there so they provided us with extra towels and a gift certificate to a local restaurant.

Not worth the Price paid-not as advertised

Managing company was good. Understand this is a “newly acquired unit” to their “inventory” Kitchen was Super if that is what you want to do on vacation. This unit sits way back across a lawn from a view of the ocean from the lanai. Washer & dryer were ancient & broken. Complex itself is old & many shady characters actually living there. If you love the smell of weed morning, noon or night-this is your place. Pool was always taken over by people that live there and they “claimed” all lounge chairs by 10am daily making it a very uncomfortable place to go. Last but not least, the only access this place has to the ocean is over jagged lava rocks with signs stating if you go on the rocks you risk your own life??

I will address your comments about this beautiful, newly remodeled condo. We do hope that you enjoyed our beautiful island. 1. Most people like to pull out the lanai chaises onto the spacious grassy area for a closer view of the water and larger area beyond their lanai. The view is spectacular. 2. The property is a No Smoking resort and a violation should have been reported to the office immediately. We would be happy to report this for you at any time. 3. We're sorry the pool was crowded by 10am but there is a second pool available near the point. 4. Shady persons?. The owners have stayed there and never experienced any problems of this kind. Maui is very safe and a reason that we get so many visitors that could choose anywhere in the world to vacation. 5. The unit has always had many pictures and a complete description of the resort and are very accurate. 6. If you wanted to swim or snorkel, you could have walked 5 minutes north to Napili Beach (one of the best on Maui) The sign at the entrance to the walking path is a typical disclaimer for liability. 7. The washer and dryer were fully inspected after you broke off the knob. It is reported in good shape. We understand that some washer/dryers work differently but should not require any force. Amazing snorkel location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has the most amazing snorkeling that I have ever seen. Turtles everywhere! This particular unit B33 was not the best location on the property. There was no way to get to the lanai other than through the front. The other buildings have side access points. The kitchen was fully stocked but they were lacking other amenities. They offered two beach chairs and only 3 beach towels. Our friends rented another property that came with snorkel gear, a beach umbrella, a boogie board, etc. The bed was positioned directly under the AC unit in the master so it was blowing cold air all night which was needed however it was kind of uncomfortable. The unit was clean and pleasant.

B33 is direct ocean front newly remodeled and furnished one bedroom, one bathroom condo just steps away from one of Maui's famous beaches. The lanai opens up to a private grassy area, that is only accessible from the unit and overlooks the beautiful Honokeana Cove. The swimming and snorkeling here are some of the best on Maui. Our program does not provide snorkel equipment or umbrellas due to safety and sanitary protocols that we follow. Majority of our guests enjoy the AC, but we understand that not everyone prefers it. Guests can turn off the AC if it becomes uncomfortable. We do encourage our guests to reach out to our Team should the have any questions or concerns during their stay and would have recommended you adjust your AC unit to a more comfortable level for your liking. We do hope that you were able to create lots of memories and experience Maui's magnificent sunsets during your time with us. It was our pleasure to host you. Mahalo

Napili point rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Property was quiet. Before arrival Epic was difficult to get a response to voice mails I left and it wasn't do to time difference. When staying there, I called Epic about problem with bathroom door but no one returned call. Wish unit was stocked with more dishes at least a few kitchen stock seasons n foil for grilling. Previous experience renting via VRBO seems better because owner and manager of unit are more in tune to comforts for customers. A small example at our unit was that the pillows on bed were huge for decoration but not comfortable for sleeping. One other suggestion is that unit should have written instructions on how to manage tv control.We didn't care about tv but if had kids might be different. Lovely location.
