Discover Sarlat-la-Canéda, an authentic town that will seduce you with its picturesque streets and numerous historical activities. A magnificent old house, rich in character, will welcome you for your stay, with its unique decoration full of charm, adorned with exposed beams. You will nevertheless find all the comfort and facilities necessary to spend a pleasant holiday in the heart of Sarlat.
You will first discover a welcoming and colourful living room, equipped with its sofa, armchair, a television as well as a table for your meals. Just next to it, you will find the kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker as well as all the utensils necessary for cooking good meals. You will also have an independent toilet.
To access the first floor, you will need to take a very narrow spiral staircase. You will access the first bedroom, whose period decoration will charm you, equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200). You will also find a bathroom with WC, as well as a small adjoining room with a single bed, which can serve as additional sleeping accommodation if needed.
On the top floor, you will have access to the second bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and the second bathroom with toilet.
A washing machine and two hair dryers are at your disposal.
Regarding the car park, you will find free parking 450 m from the house.

The car park at Sundhouse Place is the closest to the house. It offers free parking overnight throughout the year. Charges apply for daytime parking from mid-June to mid-September.
The car park on Boulevard Eugène le Roy, in front of the house, is free in January, February, March, November (from the 15th) and December. Outside these periods, parking is chargeable from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7pm. It is free on Sundays and public holidays from 01/04 to 14/06 and from 16/09 to 15/11.
